It does. I've made mistakes but had the added benefit of not getting caught. And I was a good talker when I did get caught - I was given the benefit of the doubt a few times (though sounds like that would have been tough in his particular case). What a fucking moron I was though.

I hope he gets over this quick without any permanent record that follows him around forever.

oh but thats just it. His bond is set at $5000 which he'll never make plus he has some older charges with a failure to appear so hes phucked!

Terrible situation... I know lots of peeps that have gotten busted or damn near went to a penetentiary for slinging drugs...

With coke, it's assumed anything over an 1/8 ounce (8ball) is for distribution... no need to prove it... if you have it, you're distributing.

I wouldnt either. And personally to benefit the children I would involve social services. Children are having a bad enough time being raised in this day and age, they do not need a direct threat to their wellbeing.
