I'm 32yrs old, and have been training on&off since highschool.
Now I have been lifting/eating seriously for the past year and a half.
In the past 18months I've added 18lbs of muscle. I think about 75% of that gain was from it's memory.
In the past decade I've hit a nasty sticking-spot. And I always got frustrated and quit training.
Hopefully, that won't be a problem after I go unnatural
Today I'm 6feet tall
and 205lbs @20%fat.
Hey I've heard the 1st time is the best, so I want to make it count. Here's what I plan on busting my cherry w/
500MG TEST-ENANTHATE A WEEK WEEKS 1-10
400MG DECA A WEEK WEEKS 1-10
40MG DIANABOL A DAY WEEKS 1-5
50MG WINNY A DAY WEEKS 5-10
20MG NOLVADEX A DAY WEEKS 1-10
12TH WEEK-CLOMIDS 1stDay300MG, 1WEEK @100MG, AND THEN 2 WEEKS @50MG.
For my liver I have :
240 caps GLUCORELL-R(R+LipoicAcid&Biotin)
120 caps of TYLERS
And a lot of SILYMARIN(milkthistle concentrate).
Here's where I'm stumped:
1)Should Nolvadex be used after week 10 ?
2)I plan to use the Tylers during the dbol weeks, Is there any reason it should be used any longer?
3)How much silymarin is the normal dose? I plan to use this throughout and after the cycle.
4)Should I poke some B6 into this mix? If so ...what will be the advantages, or disadvantages if I don't?
5)Will the Winstrol be of good use in weeks 5-10 , or should I keep it for a future cycle?
6)Glucorell... when should I use it and and what kind of dosage?
7)And can I get some suggestions on when to start clomids. I'm planning on beginning those 2 weeks after my last poke.
I'll be eating/drinking :
ONWhey,Beef, Chicken, BeefJerky, OldSchool-TigersMilks,Multivitamins,
L-Glutamin Powder.
I don't like creatine nor chromium supps. My stomach/mind rejects creatine, and I get killer cramps and backspasms from chromium.
