This could be the most sensible thing you'll hear on this board, and not because he's a MOD either...
In case you were wondering what mine looked like, 8 weeks of redijects, 250mg/wk, the outcome......16lbs heavier....how much did i keep?? absolutely none of it because i was too eager to grow and not very informed about proper PCT!!
 
Any particular reason why you're using gear when you're 200 lbs @ 20% and 6 foot tall?

Does ANYONE care about proper training and diet anymore? At those stats, he must barely look like he works out... and he wants to use over a gram a week!?!

Learn how to train.
 
How about something simple, effective and which will not raise your BF too much ? Test/anavar (or maybe winny) ?

You know what ? At 6', 200lbs and 20% of BF, you'll look bigger (and better) if you cut down your fat and grab some lbs than if you just gain 15-20lbs and reamin at the same BF. Just my 0.02...

heh k to you..I can't figure out why people want to use gear/bulk at such high bf %'s.

One thing that many people overlook is the impact that Testosteron has on lipolysis. Testosterone affects fat loss in one of two ways. Just like a car, your fat cells have a series of brakes and accelerators. The parts of a fat cell that accelerate the release of fat are called beta receptors. The parts of a fat cell that put the brakes on fat loss are known as alpha receptors.

The distribution of brakes and accelerators on each fat cell is one reason why certain parts of your body shed fat faster than others. Women, for example, often have a hard time losing fat from their hips. That's because the fat cells in that area have a higher ratio of alpha to beta receptors.

If a fat cell has more beta receptors, it will release stored fat more quickly than one with fewer beta receptors. That's where testosterone appears to help. By increasing the number of beta receptors, testosterone makes it easier to lose stored fat.

Because gear is the answer to everything. Lost 2 lbs last month ? Take 1g of test. Not enough sperm in your money shots ? Pop 200mg of clomids. Wanna look cool at the beach ? Inject 150mg ED of winny. 30% of fat ? DNP/tren/clen/winny/insulin....

Heh.. I agree people think that gear is the end all answer. Funny thing is, people like needsize, and many more on here that have impressive phsyiques, started naturally for many years. A lot of people today use gear for the wrong reasons. I guess that's where the original problem starts.
