hey man quick q..how should I diet on my fina winny cycle to just add lean mass only the best way possible?

i'm thinking 40/40/20 split (macronutrients Carb, pro,fats)

any suggestions? i figure if I add just lbm, i wont have to worry about body fat droppin since the new muscle will drop bf% anyways
 
I like a high protein, moderate carb, low fat diet when trying to put on muscle with minimal body fat. I find Fina helps cut me up as well (I will argue this with anyone as I have personal expirience with it and Fina does burnm body fat in some cases) If you start to notice an increase in bodt fat at all then drop the cals a little but make sure you keep that protein intake high. I eat the majority of my carbs in the morn and within the first hour or so after a workout. Make sure to do your cardio as well

I would try setting up a low carb x amount of days then carb up x amount of days deal.

EX. 150g of carb with high protein low fat days 1-4, days 5-7 300g of carbs with high protein. Then rotate, and do the opposite.

It burns fat, keeps your metabolism pumping and spares lean body mass.
