Muscle Milk??

iv heard good reviews about the flavors and tastes....a few buddies of mine think its the best tasting stuff on the market today... what do u guys think? anything better?

I have been using it for the past few weeks and I am currently cutting and no problems. I have cookies n cream and it is ridicolously good. I mix a scoop and a half of muscle milk, half a cup of ice and a cup of Hood's low carb milk and drink it before bed.

Tastes great any flavor you pick, probably unbeatable. In my opinion Muscle milk contains too much fat even though it supposed to be good fat. I would stay away from Muscel milk if you tend to store fat too easy, or I would only drink it as a postworkout shake.

I would NOT recommend taking muscle milk pwo. First of all the the protein is casein and not whey protein. Casein digests too slow and you want protein that is absorbed quickly. Also for your PWO shake you dont want fat in your shake either since it will also slow down digestion. You should be taking dextrose,maltodextrin so you can get that insulin spike.

As for taste, stay away from Chocloate IMO. At least with water.

Its a great product if u ask me.

Yeah, definitely try the C n' C, it's amazing.

Just because something tastes good doesn't automatically mean it's bad for you.... How about some nice lean Steak? Tastes good, and good for you.

I dont know what product you are looking at, but it has casein and whey...

and protien that absorbs slow doesnt mean that it is bad...if your body absorbs protien too fast it cant use all of it and then burns it, throws it away, or converts it and stores it.
You need fat in your diet, and this is the best kinds of fat you can get, because they are used as fuel right away sparing the burning of muscle and protien
you always get an insulin spike after a workout or meal, so there isnt much need for too many sugars in your diet.
and as for the taste it is the best!

actually you are dead wrong here..

Muscle Milk uses the EvoPro protein formula which is a mix of different proteins including Whey peptides, isolates, as well as different caseins.

every flavor of muscle milk tastes great. sometimes tho it just tastes too heavy after awhile cuz of all that fat and its hard to drink a lot of it for me.
