Is there a way to target the muscles near the shoulder bone? Are there even muscles there? I have been doing flat bench, incline, and flyers for a long time. My chest is large and hard but it's too low. I have no muscle in the space between my chest and my neck. How can I improve this?

There is no such bone as the shoulder bone. Are you taliking about your trapezius muscle, deltoids....... You need to be a little more specific.

The clavicle bone is what I mean. The muscle around that, it is the clavicle head of the pectoral muscle right? If so then the inclines that I do should be hitting it, but I can't even see it

In addition to inclines, perhaps you would consider adding close grip benches (flat). With a close grip and elbows flared to outside, lower bar to chin area then return to nearly extended arms. concentrate your attention on "pushing" your hands towards each other as the you raise the bar. Stop before elbows are fully extended and try to raise the bar farther by "lifting" your shoulders upward using pecs. Good luck. Hope I was able to describe the movement adequately.

do dips! lean slighty forward while doing them. Youll feel it above your chest and near your shoulders.
