alright guys an update since it has been a few days
The past few days have been absolutely great in and out of the gym
in the gym a few things that i have noticed. Cardio is a joke even my mindset to it has changed, i would go and do cardio and get to a point where i was like enough and now i will be on there and go this is way too easy and just push harder and harder and i am noticing more definition already, increased vascularity, i know vascularity is increasing with me when the veins in my traps start to pop
I am absolutely loving this right now
I am not sure if this is just me but i have been noticing a bit of a sore throat lately. I have just been dropping the GW down the back of my rats throat twice a day, it has been feeling a bit raw.
On Dylans suggestion I have also started running n2burn, 2 caps 2x a day to help as an appetite suppressant.
This increased cardio and endurance makes me feel like I am back in my competitive running days when i was an all state track runner. I am hungry all the time and back then i used to run run run and eat whatever i wanted lol, but that is not the case anymore.
So hopefully the n2burn will curb the appetite. The eating has been clean, i have a whole chicken roasting right now and making some baked green beans to go along with it tonight
