MR SUPPS STUFF UP!! Need help

So I ordered beast and kdrol from mr supps on same day 4th dec,they were meant to be sent in the same package (they had the same tracking number), but i only received my beastdrol. I sent an email to mr Supps , how long till I get a reply ?
