HeavyD New Orleans is the best city in the World to me and I've lived all over the USA and Europe. It does depend on thier income and work also so they can live in the right areas. NOLA is thriving with opportunities since Katrina and there is money to be made. New Orleans has it's downfalls also but I think with all the good things it's well worth it!

I love New Orleans and i've only been there post katrina. Wish i could have experienced it before.
