first of all, I know this probably belongs elsewhere, but when I started typing it in the training forum, I realised that I was only directing it towards you bros, so I figured I'd just post it here.

Well I recently purchased Weathered by Creed. Never has a CD had this effect on me before. 90% of the songs just pump me and up and get me going 110%. So if you're looking for a CD to get to listen to in the gym, I would definitly recommend this.

Obviously this is a totally subjective thing, but I thought since I loved the CD so much, others might as well.

WHAAAAATT!!!!

Dude, at least I say Pantera, but CREED?? I don't want to F---K why girlfriend, I want to lift some serious Iron..
Try System of a Down, Slipknot, Pantera, Old Metallica(Justice for all and Kill em all). That kind of sh**T. But you shouldn't ever NEED music, but rather want it as a luxury.
Just my 2 Cents

i love all the rocky tunes. the best by far is "no easy way out" by robert tepper. that gets me well pumped. its the one in rocky 4 just before he goes to train in russia and he's driving in his lambourghini and reminising about stuff.

personally, i find the inspirational music gets me lifitng harder and heavier, and there;s just something about Creed that really does it for me. System of a down is cool too. And I agree with what was said, you shouldn't need music while working out, but it is nice to have. I can almost count the number of times i've ever brought a walkman to the gym, so obviously it's not a regular habit, but when i want it and remember it, it is cool to listen to.
