most weight training sets I should do to grow?

I'm looking to go through a growth phase. I did some recomposition over the past couple months, but now I definitely want to bulk up. Do you recommend that I increase the amount of sets and repetitions that I do? Should I lower the sets and repetitions and go more heavy?

Neither.

Do what you did before but heavier.
 
Don't overdo it when it comes to training. You'll end up getting injured. Nothing good can come from that.
 
Weight training isn't about going in there and just doing as much volume as possible. There's a method to the madness. You've got to be smart about it.
