6'1 190 is your maximum? I find that hard to believe. I'm not trying to argue or disagree. However, I feel if your above six foot, you should be at least 200 pounds before claiming your maxed out. I'm 6'2 260, and my BF is a little high. But, if I were <10%, I would still be well above 200 pounds.
Maybe you outta try upping your calories or something? Gear isn't going to give you "as much muscle as possible" if you aren't eating enough. I know a lot of people preach that, but it is so true. Going crazy with gear probably isn't the best solution to your problem.
I am by no means an expert nor am I in perfect shape. I'm just stating what it looks like to me. Others will likely disagree, and this is just MY OPINION.
