so my gym is super super packed on monday’s with people. Obviously, the majority of people are using up the bench. So I’m not going to be trying that the thing is Monday is the day where I have the most time to work out. What would you recommend I do to train at a pack gym like that. What are some exercises that most people avoid on Monday and that I can be doing instead of standing in line for 20 or 30 minutes waiting for a machine?
