Mod in question: I found it disrespectful of you to delete and move my posts

I posted the "funniest thing youve ever seen at your gym" post on THIS board for a reason...it is not off topic really and will garner far better responses on here, as did the one before it... it was moved, and I posted a request that it be moved back here, which was promptly deleted... I think I have been a member here long enough to garner enough respect to be notified when someone is going to delete and move my threads for no reason.

I would appreciate it if a moderator would move my post BACK to this board as in the past these threads have been some of the best ever.

I didnt move your original post so cant comment on that. However I did delete you gripe about it being moved, which in my opinion does not need explaining.

I have an idea, how bout we all just forget this board has numerous forums. I will simply goto all the other forums and ask that they start posting here. Then you and everyone else can all just wade through the myriad of posts to find those that interest you.

I don't think I've ever seen a "Mad Scientist" before. I've never seen someone with so many posts that wasn't a mod. I also believe you've earned enough respect to at least get an explanation. That should be a rule though.

I am perfectly aware that this board has numerous forums, I did find it unreasonable for you to delete my post, I was not "griping" about it, I was asking for someone to please move my other post back to this board, as I thought it woudl be an enjoyable post for all to read...

It would have been perfectly acceptable for you to delete my post asking for my thread to be moved back here if you had actually moved my thread back or at least pmed me about why you were not going to.

With all the off topic and fighting threads that go on around here, I think a "Funniest thing you've ever seen at your gym' thread would be enjoyable for all. Most of the hardcore members do not visit the chatboard, so the thread is useless on chat.

This is the kind of incessant bullshit that has driven all the old vets MODs away, continually having to explain to people why their off topic posts have been moved is bullshit I havent even been a mod that long and im sick of it. Those who continue to post off topic posts and futher post more off topic posts demanding an explanation are being hipocritical at best, especially when they say they have been disrespected yet their post was initially disrespectfull to the whole community.

Thanks Mvmaxx...I have been here since early 2000 and have garnered many posts...there are those with greater numbers than me who are not mods... I am not sure personally whether I would wish to be a mod on this board or not because of the potential negative attention that it may attract to myself.



Zyg I think you are over-reacting here, my thread was meant to be fun, if you were around when the old thread that was similiar was posted you'd know it originated on the anabolic board...besides my post was hardly disrespectful...

Well, no, I don't believe you should have to explain to someone why you moved a post about them complaining that their original post was moved. That would be a waste of time. But that person would never post that complaint if the mod in question would have explained why he moved the original post.

Also, I think it would be easier for mods and beneficial to users if it just automatically said "moved by X" just as if you edit my post it will say "edited by Zyglamail". It would make everyone's life easier.

Bottom line is, Zyg is the mod...he and the other mods "work" for George.

Having thousands of posts is no more of a cause for respect that having a "band of butler monkeys to carry around all that karma" or whatever you guys strive for. Why dont we all just respect Zyg's decision...thats what he is here for.

Mvmaxx, I think that is a great idea about that notification telling members when their posts have been deleted...all boards should have it. That way you will know it is me who is fucking with you ever at Musclezine.

this is what i was complaining about last week when i was the big asshole. guess cuz i got 2500 posts my complaint isn't worth much. shit gets moved......and no reason or mod given.
