I've been reading about and a few people are saying they gained 20lb and lost 5 so they kept 15 lb off a 8 week prop cycle and there not happy lets just say this if you where to do this natty 15lb could take you a year to gain probably a bit longer so for 8 weeks I think you did pretty well any one agree or am I wrong here ??

I should have said any steroid gains not just prop lol but you know where I'm coming from if you keep 10 lean pounds I think you should be quite happy or I would at least

you will loose all of that new muscle if you don't adjust your caloric intake for it, thats where alot of people have gone wrong.

After a cycle you need to keep feeding that new muscle, now that the cycle is over is not the time to slack off either!

ya 10 pounds of muscle gain is fuckin beast. You run 2 cycles a year, 20 pounds? ya.....ILL take that.

^^^EXACTLY!!!! you go from 200 to 220......You better be eating for a 220 lb person AT LEAST during PCT. You continue to eat for a 200 lb bodybuilder, your gonna eventually go back to a 200 lb bodybuilder.

I cant stress this enough, honestly........what you do in the kitchen IS MORE important than what you do in the gym. ANYBODY can train hard. But if you dont eat your not gonna gain.

I keep reminding myself of this.

So true! One of the biggest lessons I learned here at EF.

a great piece of advice from someone who everyone needs to listen to!

if anyone is complaining about 10 and 15 lb. gains on cycle then they don't know shit about cycles... those are awesome gains... maintaining is the key but in terms of gains on a cycle, those are great results!
