MMA guys what kind of cycles do you do??

I found my gains to be pretty good with little water retention with my test experiences. I've never used an anti-e with any of my cycles. I've never had a big cycle, so there was no need to. My 1st cycle was only about 250mg/wk and the second was about 400mg/wk! I like to use as little as possible.

Boosting cardio, Djimbe? Diet, diet, and run. No long distance stuff, pacing excercises can get you into bad habits in round orientated sports....make them sprinting, uphill wind sprints are killer. Focus your sparring and rolling into 1 minute rounds and build up week by week. Eventually reaching 4-5 minute rounds. This month when someone on our team had a jiu-jitsu tournament, we set a boxing timer for 18 minutes (because he had 3 matches in one day each 6 minutes long) and we rotated 3 guys in and out at 2 or 3 minutes. Kept him in "sprint" mode by keeping fresh guys in. That'll run you down, good luck!:)

Cadio and 'gas' are two different things........by gas I presume you mean endurance. This being said, the only compounds I know of are winny for endurance, and EPO for wind/cardio. Like alcatraz said, you can boost them naturally by training your body to maximize the potential.

I personally train to teach my body to 'recover' during the 1min rests of a fight. Meaning I train intensely during the 2/3 minutes of my scheduled fight, but learn to recover during the 1min rest. You will ALWAYS tire during a fight----you just need to learn to recover when you get tired.

EPO ?

Sorry for the Ignorance ,but , dude, you know, Im 400 lbs WITHOUT Juicing ... I just never really saw the need to make clothing even HARDER to find ...

And what do you mean when you say "Cardio and Gas are diferent" ? When youre out of wind youre out of Wind , neh ?

EPO is a compound that increases your red blood cell count, therefore giving you wind....alot of cyclists do it, although I hear it is risky to do without doctors supervision.

As for juicing in general, I'm not for muscle-building benefits if you are in a fighting sport. I personally struggle EVERY fight with coming DOWN in weight, so gaining has never been an issue for me (started my career is a MW, now I'm heavy/cruiser).

As for the wind and gas, those are two different issues. Think of it like this:

Out of Gas: Tired to the point of not able to hold your hands up, not able to 'throw' the punch/kick---just plain tired, but not 'huffing and puffing' during the fight.

Out of Wind: Able to throw the punch/kick physically, BUT just plain out of breath

Those are 2 different area's of training. Once I figured this out, I was able to pinpoint my weaknesses (mine is wind). Out of gas is also termed stamina. Winny has notably been able to help w/stamina.

umm ,. Okay , wierd . Ive never cared if I was Breathign hard . Ill just hit the guy again if Im still able ... is that really a problem for some ppl ? If so , in what way ?

Im not being Fecetious here , either , Ive just never cared , or theres something in my traiing already that makes t not an Issue for me , I guess ?

EQ for increased Red blood count (600mg a week)
Primo for lean hard strength (600mg a week)
A smidgeon of Test (300mg a week)
Anavar at 50mg a day to top it off.

Strong as an OX, Lean and does not effect your endurance.

This is my cycle of all cycles. Winny is a bad choice. It stiffens joints and really has adverse effects on cholesterol etc..

Not sure if MMA guys do cycles like this, but they should... :p

Test Prop, Tren would do it for you.

Seriously though, if you are under 10% bodyfat or more and are not super skinny where you can't fight even at 155 lbs, I don't see any reason to gain more weight.

Now if you are in between weight classes, I can see that as another reason. Like for me, I was in between two weight classes. And the lower one was too much for me to cut for my personal tastes. So I did a cycle to bump me up a little.

How would you Adjust that to my Bodyweight ? (im always around 400 lbs and 17% bf)
HOOOOOLY SH!T!!! :worried: I find that hard to believe, friend. How tall are you? I'm sorry, 400lbs is extremely heavy no matter what height you're at. I think you might be exagerating a little....remember that the scale needs to start off at 0 when you step on it, and to top it off saying you're 17% BF, wow :p . Hey, more power to ya if you are.

Now that I know you're 400lbs (or supposed to believe you're 400lbs), there are no AAS that will help your wind, big guy. You need to lose some pounds. Fedor Emelianenko is the greatest heavyweight in the sport today, and he's 233lbs! Andrei Arlovski is 240lbs.

No juice, cut your meals down, limit your cals, drink lots of water, increase reps in the weight room, cardio, cardio, cardio, cardio, cardio, cardio....
