Wow , that was Incredibly condescending . Ive been Lifting for almost 2 decades , and Im not interested in trying for the three thousanth time to lose 100 lbs because it fits what Society THINKS I should weigh on some Imaginary scale . My Blood Sugar , Blood Pressure , and Cholesterol are all PERFECT , I dont Drink or Smoke , or even eat a whole lot of Sweets , perhaps some Ice Cream once a week . I folow a Paleo Diet for the most part consisting of Meat and veg only as much as I can get away with it (sometimes with Travel its nearly Impossible) . I have a 64 inch Chest , a 44 inch waist , 42 inch thighs a 22 inch neck and 24 inch forearms . I have to have my Boxign Gloves custom made because my hands are so big . Oh , and because you asked Im 6'6" tall and maybey like 1/8 of an inch .

Arlovsky (like MOST of the MMA world) strikes like a child - literally like one of my first or second year students , and Fedor is good Despite his weight , not because of it - rather like Dempsey or Marciano .
And by the by , I can wrestle full Stop for 25-35 min before I "Gas" , usually wearing out 3-5 ppl in that time , I used to walk up 7 flights of stairs before my 4 hour MA classes before they moved , and THEN go out dancing AFTER that (Reggae/Dancehall) , JUST because I was in NYC .
What I WANT is to be able to Wrestle for 2-4 hours full stop to take full advantage of Open Mat sessions/Throwdowns that I attend , and to be able to play Basketball for longer without subbing out .
