MMA guys what kind of cycles do you do??

I didn't know that about Tren........I only thought of the increases density and increased aggression benefits. EQ's red blood count is always a good thing for endurance athletes....
 
I don't use any drugs or supliments
but you shouldn't use a gernal bodybuilding routine if athletic performance is your goal
 
I roll on the mats 4 days a week, kickbox about 2-3 times a week, lift 4 days a week, and do cardio and plyo's 5 days a week. Sore all the time, but I love it. I do alot of core lifting in the gym, flat bench, squats, dead lifts, hang cleans, and a couple dumbbell workouts, etc. I really focus on going live on the mats with no gi, and as much kickboxing and sparring as I can. Love the sport!

Oh yeah, and I also play college football, lol.

Oh yeah...lol. I've only done two cycles in my time, and that was a while ago. I did T Prop for about 8 weeks, that was a painful experience... :worried: Second cycle was T Cyp for about the same which was alot better. I thought about doing a third cycle of Test E/Dbol or TestE/Tbol for a 10-12 weeker to bulk myself up, but now that I'm playing college ball, I'm a little paranoid about the random testing the NCAA does for teams that make the playoffs.

With MMA training, if you are to do anything with AAS, I'd personally stay away from Winny, Var, etc...as your ligs and joints need to be in tip-top condition when shaking off armbars or ankle locks. You want your bodyfat and water retention down as well, but not worth the risk of putting that extra stress on your ligs and joints. Try a TestE & EQ cycle if anything.
