MMA Fighter Needs HELP

I'm a newbie to this bored so please be patient with me.
I'm 26 5'8" and 188. I usually compete at around 170 however I hurt my knee a few months ago and have been working on losing the weight. As I've been training my Jiu-Jitsu again for the last two months I feel like I'm just not nearly as strong as I once was. However I never stopped lifting and doing some circuit training while I was sidelined. I am still trying to lose some weight since two of my coaches feel like I should be around 155 ( I think 163 is more realistic). I want to get stronger yet drop down so I need some help with my supplements.
I know Winny will help but else should I cycle with Clen and a anti estrogen.?
Should I use Anabol and a anti estrogen then cut?

Can someone please give some suggestions
 
steroids are made to add muscle mass. not to lose weight, i, and many others will tell u that if you want to drop the weight, aas is not the way to go. just diest and exercise.
you could do some steroids to increase stenght, but u most liekely will gain some weight with them aswell.
anyways, that my .02 cents. im sure alot of bros here will have much more info for u.

as a mma fighter my self winny is not good for that. glucosamine and condrotin is what u want. eat right and the weight will come off. if anything deca is the best for what we do. joints love it
 
bro...as cipher said...winny is the worst thing in the book for us fighters...you will get injured before you even get the strength gains...deca is great for teh joints but the bloat is not worth it...npp is the way to go if you need joint protection...i have been cycling and fighting for a couple years now and this is what I have learned
GH (for our injuries and to keep us resiliant)
test ( Low does...never over 350 primarily prop to keep water off and AIFM)
Halo and Cheque drops day of the fight :) lots of fun
And my all time favorite...nothing makes you train train train than having more blood then your opponent.....EPO
 
i never tried npp or cheque drops. will have to give it ago. i guess GH is being used more then i thought. could be why im getting my ass kicked by these little guys. lol
 
i would think its because of too much weight gain from that high of a dose. since what we do has weight classes it wouldnt be to our benifit. i know with 500mg of test e ill put on 15 to 20 lbs easy and thats with proviron/AI
 
Im also in MMA and ive still yet to get a fight, always due to injuries.
Similar size to you, 5'9, walk around at 200-205 and cut to 185, to drop the weight, its all diet and cardio like posted above, I ran clen to shed some pounds a few weeks before a scheduled fight, dropped 9lbs, felt weak and while training lightly I ended up fracturing my hand while hitting thai pads:( hand wraps werent right and lack of focus imo. It sucks to be out of the mix, everything is haulted and everything you worked so hard for feels lost. Now I train my ass off in the gym and dont overdo my classes at night and feel amazing and much stronger/less prone to injuries. Slowly lose the weight, you wont feel the strength loss as much... unless your fight is soon lol Good luck bro:D
 
I train MMA as well, the guys that fight at 55 are normaly pretty small cats, i would stay at 170 rather than go down. Try cissus, it works wonder for me.

But wouldn't a test dosage that's too low simply be replacing your own natural test and nothing more?

Then wouldn't a better alternative, if you want strength and recovery gains, without mass gains, be something like anavar only? Or a higher test dosages with a caloric deficit?
