Great AB day. Really killed my abs to the point where i was unable to finish some sets! I really killed my abs since i have several days to rest them.
Also took videos to update my video journals. Got Side Bends w/ bands on Cam as well as Doing (MM's Abs) heh ( sitting on bench, with bar in sqaut possition)
I did these in stations, preety low rest. Maybe 1min MAX.
Since i periodilize load on my other lifts i figure i can do it with my ab workouts that involve weight.
MM'S ABS. Went up 5lbs
50lbs X 10 Reps @ 4 sets
Incline Bench Rubber band Oblique Crunches
10 Reps Each Side @ 4 sets
Standing Side Bends w/ Band
20 Reps each side @ 4 sets
Ab Roller
10 reps @ 4 sets
when i went to do MM's abs for the 5th set i couldnt get up so i know i went to my max. I took some Rest, prob about 5-6 minutes and did needsize abs'.

10 reps w/ 5s holds on bottom @ 4 sets.
After all this i did some rotator cup work.
Basically stood with 10lbs dumbels and did little circles in many different angles. When i got to a spot where i felt like i was shaking i really worked that spot. (since shaking is a sign of week stabilizers)

Jumped some Rope + hit the speed bag.
All-in-All it was a GREAT workout. Im going for 360x5 today again. Since last monday i could only get it 360x4. GREAT tho. Time to kill that shit.
