The only way to permanently remove fat cells (that I know of) is with liposuction.

For the GF, the "booty" tends to respond well to yohimburn, as that area (and most upper thigh) is typically A2 rich... so if she wants to KEEP IT, I wouldn't use it there & follow the leg/glute etc training I recommened in my thread.

I've posted this before by I'll happily post it again... After reading & researching posts, paying close attention to Ulter & Macro, while of course grilling them for all info possible, the YES will accomplish two specific tasks in the area in which it is applied:
(1) remove water &
(2) release the fat

(I'm sure there are more details in Macro speak )

The above statement is true "IF the area is 'problem fat' which is for men love handles, chest, abs. Because it [YES] only releases the fat, you then have to train after you put it on so that you use that fat it released while training."

hey everyone! ahh THANK GOD! my internet was down all day at work today so ill get this in quick.

Nailed Chest PR again today. 250 went up like cake, no sticking. Quick up. No wristwrap. And NON-PL style bench so my back remained flat and didnt drive too much with my legs.

Chest:
Flat Bench: 135x10 185x10 225x3 250x1 185x6
Incline Bench: 135x10 185x8 185x7
Incline Dumbels: 75x8 80x8 80x6
Incline Fly's w/ cables: 70x10 40x10 70x6 40x5

Biceps:
Machine Curls w/ Green Bands: 60lbs x 10 70x7 70x7
Seated Concentrated Curls: 25x10 30x7 30x7
21's w/ 60lbs: 4 Sets.

Cardio
10 mins on Threadmill. BUT MY SHINS starting tighning up, if you ever read my first post i gained weight due to shin splints junior yr in highschool so i got off after 10 mins BUT i did hit up the STAIRMASTER FOR 6more mins!

TODAY IS DEADLIFT DAY. I think DEADLIFTING is my favorite of all lifts. Dont know why i just feel so fuckin tough doing it lol

Notes:
I am slimming down, Noticable in the stomach area. More defined in shoulder region as well. Still working on my abs, but ill be there. I actually LOVE my stomach now, so anything better is just a plus for me.

Even though im "clean bulking" my strenght is still increasing so im happy with that. BUT I CANT WAIT FOR SUMMER TO END FOR ME TO REALLY BULK UP =]

Also went to see MI3 last night, and BUNNY you would be proud all i got was a DIET COKE! Now you might say big deal, but whenever i got to the movies this is what i purchase. Snowcaps, Raisenets, Popcorn & Diet Soda. BIG DIFFERENCE HUH!

ALSO heres a crazy story i want to share with everyone....
Last Sat night, my girlfriend and I are at a party in Wesbury Long Island(NY). We leave, i dont want to drive because i live decently far from where we were. So i rent a room for the night at a nice, decent hotel. So cut to the chase, its 4:30-5:00. I guess im being very loud and so is nicole, fuck it im a loud guy lol, so then where going at it, i look up, some sicko mother fucker was watching, but not wathcing as if WE left the blinds open accidently, this mother fucker heard us, opened my window and was sticking his hand in my blinds. Needless to say i looked up. Gave a nice scream and i took off after the mother fucker. Couldnt find shit, im standing outside 5am, NAKED lookin for ANY mother fucker to even be outside. NO ONE, NO ONE AT ALL. Ran around for about 5 more mins ASS NAKED but no one can be found.

Honestly i look at it now and say thank god i didnt catch the person i think i would have murdered him/her, since i have that rage problem and that was serioulsy one of the maddest times i have had.

But since i was not satisfied with the service i will be doing aCHARGEBACK ON my credit card, BECAUSE they wouldnt show me the surviliance tape. Crazy shit right!
 
Whats up guys/gals. How is everyone? Great Gym day yesterday. What got me motivated was one of my buddies over at the gym was going for heavy weight. 916lbs Sqaut.. He picked me and 4 other dudes (big guys) to help spot. I had the inner bar next to him on his left. He got it off the MONOLIFT. Semi Sqauted, BUT JUST DIDNT WANT TO GET LOWER, IT WAS TOO HEAVY FOR HIM. if it was 875 he would have nailed it. He got it UP the mono, just couldnt get pararell. THIS WAS SOME MOTIVATION BECAUSE BEFORE HE GOT ME I WAS GOING FOR (375lbs.) NEW MAX. NAILED IT! Felt too GOOD, NAILED 397 afterwards. =]

Back day: Really killed back. Was at gym for atleast 2 hrs.
Deadlift: 135x10 221x3 375x1 398x1 398x1 398x1 350x1 309x1
Bent over Row: 90x10 110x7 110x7 90x10
Single Arm Dumbel Row: 65x10 70x10 75x10 75x10
Lat Pulldown in front:100x10 110x10 120x7 120x7
Lat Pulldown behind kneck: 90x10 90x10 90x10 90x10
Pullups(partner assisted, basically negatives): x5 x5 x5 x5
Back machine for LATS(uses freeweights): 90x10 100x10 135x5

Back day was overload, but i REALLY wanted to KILL back. DEADLIFTING had me so pumped i ddint want to stop. There were several other excercise i wanted to do, but i knew it would be too much.

Notes:
Feeling amazing, very very achy/sore between shoulder blades, exactly what i wanted. I never really killed BACk, i killed deadlifts, but never BACK in whole. Felt good. Really hope working on my LATS improves my bench.

Im dropping FAT. Pants getting little looser, scales droped 1-2lbs. Fat. I use calipers to make sure, Plus my strenght is still increasing. SO I HOPE im not loosing LEAN MASS.

Im broke right now so i cant order my supply of YES, since i need to get 2+ bottles.

Training for me is getting more intense as the weight increases. LOVE IT. Getting very lean up to. Not too lean on the bottom. but i AM leaning out. Abs are starting to become visible. And changes can be seen daily.

TODAY IS TRICEPS + ABS.

Will make sure to KILL my triceps today. Since starting my "bench press improvements" my bench hasnt stalled...Next Bench day = 260! lol nah j/k i only want to go up 5lbs week so i can keep my strenght.
 
Nice deadlifting, great volume, good to see you're responding well to it, you can take a beating and thrive.

Thanks BiggTT. Yea i feel i can handle a beating at the gym. I love it. I love working to the point of exhaustion and love the pain the next day.

I eat great, clean right now, all vitamins, nutrients, protien, etc so my healling ability is definatly high. My bench press is going up just by adding some things that we spoke about earlier in my thread about the close-grib benching, kickbacks, and also my LATS for Bunny. My bench is getting stronger and i love it.

Tricep and ABS today. Killed Triceps, only did couple of ab excercises.

Triceps:
CloseGrip Bench: 135x10 185x10 205x5 225x2 175x7 135x20
GloseGrip Bench Burnout. Stacked 5(10lbs) on each side: 145x5 125x5 105x7 85x7 65x7 45x10 65x7 85x7 105x7 125x5 145x5. I Love this excercise w/ drop sets. Really makes the tri feel pumped and burned out.
Overhead Extensions: 50x10 70x7 60x7 60x7
Tricep Kickbacks: 20x10 20x10 25x10 30x9
Tricep Pushdowns: 60x10 60x10 60x10 60x10
Reverse Tricep Pulldowns: 60x10 60x10 60x10 60x10

Abs
Decline bench w/ Rubberbands around shoulders wrapped around bottom of bench, like wearing a backpack. Rubberband really pulls back. Thicker Black Band.

Hooked our feet to the cables, low level and laid on bench. Proceded to pull lefs to chest w/ weight at 40lbs. VERY HARD on lower abs.



Notes:
I tried to wake up at 5:30am today, but couldnt, alarm went off, got up, had everything packed, but just couldnt roll out of bed. Its ok, ill get my AM cardio on SAT or TOMMAROW.

Alot of people at the gym say my traps and back are growing, probably because im cutting now so im becoming more defined.

OH YOU HEARD LATS ALRIGHT! Its funny bunny, yesterday i was gonna take pictures and i was in the bathroom trying to find my abs lol (they are coming in yay!) and i said " my bunny would be proud "

Today is LEG DAY. And im gonna KILL THAT SHIT! Im going to be doing 235x3 deep in the hole this week =]

Ok, atleast ill try to hit 235x3 ASS TO GRASS BABY
