Hey Sgt! Pain in back actually is not on spine, but middle back, off to the left. Just muscle. Felt it pull on the sqaut. Only affects me in certain possitions, but i can tell its a muscle, and if it doesnt go away in a week or 2, then i know i got a problem lol
