I know SG, im young and sometimes dumb, but when it comes to injuries im a little sissy. I know at my age i do heal fast, but sometimes its our ego's that heel faster. So yea im gonna take it slow. Triceps today, so the pain shouldnt really be there. Thanks for the concern and keep cracking that whip!
