MJ before the GYM

How many puff some MJ (lightly) before hittin the gym? Better Focus?

Like aas there are many differant types of weed,split into two main groups -INDICA or SATIVA. INDICA weed grows short stocky plants that give a happy sedative(post work out smoke)high with the munchies.SATIVA weed grows big and lanky and gives you and almost speed like high while remaining totaly focuesd on the job in hand(ideal for working out and going to work)
i like weed, people who bad mouth weed are like people who bad mouth steroids THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THERE TALKING ABOUT!

I like it afterwards, however i havn't smoked any in 5-6 yrs! sigh!

i usually only take a puff on the bong bf i do cardio since it gets boring doing it for 30-45min, on the other hand i never smoke vefore i hit it hard though too much other shit running thru my head and i cant focus
 
I've been a chronic smoker for 20 years. So I hit it before and after the gym, and during if I could . . . :rasta: But I wouldn't recommend smoking FOR the gym if you are not used to it. That sounds like a good way to get hurt, sativa or indica. For example, I am not a big drinker, so I could never have beers before the gym. Good luck with the chillum, selah . . .
