Hey guys. I've been told not to load an oil based substance, such as fina, and a water based substance, such as winstrol, into the same needle for injection. Now I know I'm going to get a lot of don't do it, and no's, but can someone give me the educated version of why not to. Possible sides from doing so? Possible injury? I never fully understood these measures.

i've mixed water based and oil based gear together (1cc each) never had any issues.

Thanks ALin. Looking to cut down on number of injections. I mean, I like the feel of it but I got my limits.

have done this as well and no problems (same items actually and for 8 weeks so 56 sticks), people are just gonna come on the thread and say they heard you will get an abscess but cant produce any facts other then they just heard...only thing you have to watch is the difference in pressure YOU will have to put on the plunger when depressing it...load the oil so that shoots first then water next (to lube the needle so to speak) and when you push the plunger you will obviosuly need more pressure to inject the oil at this point you have to watch for the change over to water otherwise you will shoot that too fast and you dont want to do that so lighten up there...goodluck

I believe and from experience that as long as you are careful mixing the two, you shouldnt have much to worry about. I would rather just squirt the Winstrol down my mouth to cut down on the total volume of the injections, plus most WV hurts a little too much... Other than that I wouldnt worry.. But why add more to your poke when u dont need to??

I know but I just have a hard time trying to consume a substance intended for injection orally. I wanted to cut down on injections, and my plan was just to stack the oil base with the winny.

I don't really see how it can be a problem. As long as both solutions are sterile, what difference does it make? Depending on which way you're holding the syringe, the water-based stuff will obviously float to the top (it's lighter) but, I can't imagine that it would make any difference. . .they're both going to the same place.

I've heard from guys that know, its not a good idea. I don't know how or why, just that they said it wasn't a great idea

I aspirated some blood doing a glute shot. The blood is water based tissue and it didn't mix with the oil at all but it shot just fine. After I changed sites and needle.

That's my point for the post. I've hear it a number of times people always saying not to mix the water based with the ooil based. But they never have any solid base to back up why.

Its "easier" to get an infection or absess when mixing the two because they separate.. Air could get in there and separate the compounds when inside you and cause some infections.. thats all....

Other than my water based winny hurt like hell, I mixed oil and water no problem.

For some reason I found water based winny to hurt more than prop. My winny was made by QV.

The best way i have found is
add the two ,pull the plunger back and shake it good to mix , this will insure that it all is blended in the same spot.

RADAR

i've done it with sus+test susp and test susp+durabolin and never had any problem... in fact this is the first time i'm hearing that it could cause a problem. i say "do it".

This has been discussed from a long time. The most reasonable version that I've read about why not to mix water based and oil based is because when you inject them together, there's a possibility to have tiny water bubbles trapped inside the oil. Now since the water is absorbed faster than oil in the muscle, these little water bubbles have the potential to develop an infection. The theory says that there are always bacteria in the water. You don't get infection because our own immune system take care of it most of the time, and of course taking precautions reduce the amount and diversity of bacteria and at the end they do nothing to us. But giving them the chance to stay a little longer inside the muscle can increase their population to a critical mass......just like what's going on with humans in this planet.
