How the fuck do they charge all four with possession? It was in her bag she identified as her's, proof of which was apparently her wallet and her ID. The herb wasn't in an automobile under a seat or something where everyone in the ride denied ownership.

If those other three have even decent attorneys that possession charge won't make it to court.
