Hey guys last week while doing some flat bench i felt a burning sensation near my armpit on the outer pec
i stooped immediately and now this week im having a hard time warming up on the flat bench cuz it sill hurts ..ive been doing close grip flat bench now and that doesnt hurt
should i lay off the flat bench untl it heals are there any stretching exercices to help ?
anyone with experience with this plz comment i dont want to end up with a major pec tear
