I want to look like this;

(^^ esp the build of the arms)

My current body shape is similar to Milla's previous shape;

And yeh, of course she had plenty of Hollywood trainers and staff to help out, but she achieved that look (top pic) in just 3 months. Is that a push or reasonable to attempt? Am I dellusioned? :mix:

How about an attempt for the same build in double that time frame?

Oh god, I just know you're all gonna tell me I'm way over my head. ;)

I going through a massive diet change anyway, so would be very willing to stear it more towards a bodybuilding routine (but not heavily). Also my body shape is similar to the 2nd pic at the moment, I'm naturally very skinny so tried gaining weight but ended up putting on nothing but a layer of fat around everything (which is new to me, but I'd rather have the muscle).

And as for being that 'skinny' I'm skinnier than that anyway, so I'd love to have arms that chunky and toned.

Obviously it depends a lot on my body shape +training, but put that aside for now.

I'm very determined to get into shape - I need to exercise more as it is anyway, so I reckoned I could use Milla as a goal. Is that wise? I mean, can some women never look like that no matter how hard and effective their training/diet is??? :worried:

BTW I used to weight train a few years back, and developed my arm muscles fairly well considering I could only use smaller ones that were cheap (I never did have the confidence to join the gym). And yes, before anyway says, I do know that you can't possibly turn fat into muscle. :)

Forget everything you've tried or learned in the past.

Don't think I will eat more and gain weight, think I will eat clean and hearty to feed my body and muscles so they will grow, I will train to the best of my abilty and I will not be worried that I will grow into a muscular freak.

I would suggest putting up all your stats, what you have been eating and what you think you should be eating and what sort of training you've done.

Read the stickies at the top of the forum and take a look at Trellin's log.

What she said. :)

I don't want to be a muscular freak, I just want some definition.

Are there photo galleries or images (before and after style perhaps) of women bulking and growing anywhere? I've a hard time finding stuff which isn't semi-pornographic! :mix:
