i smell horseshit in that article. when i run winny and my pee is as clear as poland spring water i know my shit works.

Read what it says, it says it's only bad when your body doesn need it. THat means when you're not doing dbol or shit like that that can harm the liver. What it's saying is if you're say off all the shit and taking milk t at the same time, when it's not needed.
