You purposely gave out your credentials and had people post at times when you knew that it was impossible for you to be posting yourself so that you could say to the courts 'See.... someone else was posting as Binkinimom' which is a great denial defense tactic.

However, it can be abused - both then and now. You can carte blanch deny any individual posts you just don't want to 'deal with' wether you made it or not, but you still claim the 'account' and the 'personality' that goes along with it.

So to claim a bunch of 'unknowns' somehow got into your account and harassed you is bullshit. You put them up to it.
