Might be a dumb question but......

When everyone speaks of a cutting cycle, the common recommendation for Test is Prop, is there any specific reason for this, as opposed to taking Enanthate or Cyp?

nope..no difference.. use a good AI like A-dex and test susp, prop, enth, cyp, whatever and ull stay bone dry and hard...
the test help preserve your muscle on a calorie defcient diet

there are a lot of cutters that don't include prop. test e/eq is an example

Yea i know, but it seems as though the majority of cutters recommended on here are done with prop.....just wondering if theres any scientific reason for it. I just think it would be much easier to inject only twice a week with test E than ED or EOD with prop.

to be honest, i think people tend to believe that prop doesnt bloat you.. there is no scientific reason why one would chose prop over any other ester..
hell, you can cut with deca if you want to.. i know guys that take d-bol and or drol up the the day of their shows.. and they are hard as nails

Well I believe the main reason people suggest using prop is because its fast acting. In and out quick. As most usual cutting drugs are fast acting as well (tren, t3, etc) people tend to lean toward prop due to its similar half-life, being much shorter compared to the half-life of other tests. Atleast thats what I've always thought lol.

Another reason is that for cutting alot of people stack tren with test.

And since tren is ED shots why not run prop ED also? They work together like that.

Shorter ester products are supposed to have less sides, so they are generally suggested for cutting cycles. However, with anti-Es like arimidex, sides should be minimal with most test esters.

Where did you find this info? I and many others get just as many sides with prop as opposed to cyp. Maybe sides could be more easily controlled with a shorter ester. But I do not understand the theory behind this?? I mean , test is test...if ur going to get sides with cyp, wouldnt it make sense that you would get sides with prop seeing how the compound is the same, just the delivery is different? If shorter esters are better than why doesnt everyone use suspension, it has no ester, thus it should be even better right?? I know guys who BLOW UP off suspension...

Its all about what you eat.. if you keep your diet clean youll stay hard. i was doing dbol and test E and ate good and i didn't bloat up much at all

This is the truth, you can try and get as scientific as you want with the drugs you want to take while cutting, but it all comes down to your diet, training, and controlling water weight. When all these things are in check, you can pretty much cut with anything you want, test, dbol, deca, etc. Now, with that in mind, there are those that have all of those factors in check and find that their bodies react differently to different compounds and prefer one drug over another, and that is when you can start being more particular with what you use.
