lol,

what about you guardian. What do you think I should do, you clearly know your way around.

do just like half says. get carbs in by mid afternoon. start the day with some oatmeal. eat green leafy fiborous veggies for the remainder of the meals. watch the condiments, nuts, and PB.

The thing for my almonds says it has 14 grams of carbs for 1/3 of a cup, how is this possible, i thought almonds had zero carbs. And just did a quick review on the net, seems all almonds have carbs. Does this not affect the diet somehow?

Almonds are abou 8g carbd per 100g. So eating a large handful at a time is fine, ie 30-50g.

Almonds are the nut of choice because the have a very low GI so the carbs within take longer to absorb - this is my understanding.

hey cobra, is it normal to feal lethargic, and extreme tiredness in the first 24 hours. Just got back from the gym and im trying not to puke lol, been about 24 hours without carbs now. kind of dragging my ass everywhere. Surprisingly my workout was good though, even went up a bit weight on some.

EDIT - nevermind the trying not to part :( . Fuck i guess i have to go for protein shake take two now lol.

Hey,

Yeah its very standard to feel that - your body takes a couple of days to deplete of glycogen and switch to Ketosis. Once your in Keto energy levls are great. I have more energy now than when I was eating 400g carbs!

I am also finding stacking with an ECA fat loss stack works great - if you have time may be worth getting some Lipoflame from Omega as it seems to wotrk great.

It took me a while to semi- master this diet but the info I gave you is what I have learned, so try and stick to that and you should do good.

Last couple of days the fat seems to be falling off and physically+mentally feel really good.

Meke sure you keep good fats high - a good tip is to buy flax oil tabs in bulk (1mg). you can easily swallow 20 or so at a time without any indegestion. Put olive oil on everything you can. Consume a handful of almonds inbetween meals. Regularly monitor ketosis with ketostix. If they turn reaally dark purple you are probably dehydrated.

OK thanks for your help man, Ill keep you posted on how im doing.

And yeah I'd order lipoflame but they dont ship to us Canadians :(
