Dont have the cals to hand but I aim for between 2-2.5g/ lb bodyweight protein.

Be careful of the nuts as well - hidden carbs. You should be aiming for <20g carbs a day (from veg and NPB), never more than 5g carbs per meal.

nuts & the PB carbs add up real quick!
 
Sweet, that looks good. I train around 8 am, should I not take the oils in the morning shake before workout?

Yeah they do add up,

Im probably slightly over 20g carbs a day but the ketostix still show me to be in ketosis - just a case of experimenting for the individual. Gotta try and keep cals as high as I can without falling out of ketosis.

In retrospect, I probably should have done a bulker and then got on the clen/t3 with a regular CKD (high fats/ moderate protein) afterwards for better results - lesson learned.

Eric - if you got the time I would go that route
 
well i like to plan a cycle and stick to the original plan. However im not sure if id bulk these days at 14-16% body fat, i wouldnt want to deal with hitting 18-20% then it gets real tought to jump back down to 10%

So do you think I should hit the keto, do a super super lean bulk and be at 10-12% and lean bulk the rest of the year from there?
