Mid-cycle, need your adivce

Hey hows it going guys,

Well im 6 weeks in to my cycle

Test E 500
Tren A 50mg dailly

Im currently bulking up and its going great, I've added about 12 lbs of lean mass, droped around 2-3 lbs of fat.(only been on tren for 2 weeks)

Now, im doing 4500 cals high protein, high carb, low fat.

My BF is a little high, 14-16%.

I want to trim down a bit for summer so was thinking of starting an Anabolic diet, similar to a keto. My goal would be to drop 4% BF and add maybe another 5-8 lbs of muscle. I would have he cals at 3500-4000.

What do you guys think, should I switch my diet or just suck it up and keep lean bulking t'ill next year and then cut next summer?

you can cut or bulk on any steroid...it's just that certain ones help you burn fat easier than others...especially TREN!!! so if you want to lean down, just clean up your diet alot and make sure you stick to it and you will throw on some good lean muscle and burn some fat...also, if you can get your hands on Var or Winny, that will help alot if you take 50-100mg ED for the last 6 weeks!!! how long is this cycle for?
 
its your call. Depends on if you wana focus on bulking or would rather cut. AS long as you eat clean and do daily cardio you should cut fat gradually. Id do just that.
 
My diet is super clean, i only cheat every 3 weeks.

Im about 205 lbs right, my goal for 3-4 years would be 230 @ 8-10%

So I dont know if I should just keep lean bulking, because I am loosing a bit of fat right now and gaining alot of muscle.

The cycle will be for 14 weeks, the tren for another 6-7 weeks.

Just seems alot of guys are gaining alot of muscle and losing quite a bit of fat combining tren with keto style diets, hence my inquiry.

Plus just wondering if anyone tried bulking on anabolic diet/ kind of keto style. 5 days no carbs with 2 day carb up.

If i keep my cals at 4000, i should be able to shed some fat and gain some good quality mass?

well here's the deal...people who throw on tons of weight/muscle very quickly will lose that gained weight/muscle if they are not familiar with AAS and how to maintain what's been gained from it...you are doing it the right way as far as going for a goal and giving yourself a few years to hit it...realistically, gear users should strive to KEEP 8-12lbs. of muscle from a good cycle although they will throw on 20-40lbs. of weight...keep in mind, the slower it goes on or comes off, the easier it is to maintain it...if you were to throw in some extra cardio, you can eat the way you are and still lean bulk and burn that little extra fat...me personally, i've never done a keto diet, i just eat chicken chicken and more chicken with some steak and lean fat burgers thrown in the mix...and keep the tren to a max. of 8 weeks
 
Ok, sounds good man. Yeah, I'm problably just jumping ahead of myself. I'll problably end up sticking to my diet, and analyze what happened after my cycle.

no problem bro...just remember, alot of people start 2nd guessing themselves because of what other people are doing/gaining...everyone is different so the best thing is to stick out what you're doing (adding cardio isn't a big deal) and analyze what worked or didn't work...then note it down for next time and eventually you'll get what works for YOU down to a science...i've been on and off gear for almost 7 years and in the gym for almost 12 and with a lot of experimentation, i'm getting down to the nitty gritty of what works for ME and what doesn't...

Good advice from SPL.

Im on a CKD (keto) diet on tren and prop. Its workin goos - gotta keep hitting the good fats and masses of protein. I still gain 10lbs lean muscle in 6 weeks with another 4 left. The fat is also coming off at a steady rat, loads of energy as well.

You will not gain as much as a bulk of course but it will give you decent gains+cuts.

I can post a sample diet if you need

Ok Bro,

Typically CKD consists of 6 days no carbs + 1 day carb loading. Im no expert biut have done a lot of research + asked questions and think I have it pretty much off. The key is high levels of good fats.

Tip 1 - buy some Ketostix from chemist - thesed will tell ya whether you are in Ketosis.

NOTE - This diet is adapted with higher proten than fat to allow lean mass to be gained.

AIM - 60%protein/ 35%fat/ 5%carbs

I would try to increase calories wherever possible to maximise muscle growth.



Day 1-6 - KETOSIS


7am - Whey protein shake + Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter + 10mg Flax caps + 5mg fish oil

9am - chicken breast

11am - 50g almonds

1am - 150g beef + tbs NPB

3 pm - salmon fillet

5 pm - 50g almonds + whey shake

TRAIN (10g Arganine)

7pm - PWO Whey protein shake + 10g BCAA + 10g Glutamine

7.30 - chicken breast + vegetable (brocolli etc)

9.30 - 6 boiled eggs (3 yokes) + 50g almonds

11am - Whey shake + Tbsp NPB + 10mg Flax caps (its good to add these oils before bed as they act as a time release for the protein while you sleep).



Day 7 - CARB UP....


-Eat high levels of carbs with Low GI (ie yams/ pasta/ noodles) for 12 hours. Cut the fats on this day as it will be stored.
-NO FRUITS/ FRUCTOSE - this will replace glygogen in the liver and stop ketosis for an extra day or so.
-Start loading after a heavy workout - the aim is to deplete the muscles af glycogen before loading.


9am - whey protein + oats

11am - chicken breast + yams

1pm - tuna + brocolli + yams

4 pm - Chicken + yams

7pm - Pasta + chicken



Etc....you get the idea. Can swap the meats + low GI carbs but a lot of pro's favour yams / sweet potatoes over anything else for loading.
