Im probably slightly over 20g carbs a day but the ketostix still show me to be in ketosis - just a case of experimenting for the individual. Gotta try and keep cals as high as I can without falling out of ketosis.
In retrospect, I probably should have done a bulker and then got on the clen/t3 with a regular CKD (high fats/ moderate protein) afterwards for better results - lesson learned.
well i like to plan a cycle and stick to the original plan. However im not sure if id bulk these days at 14-16% body fat, i wouldnt want to deal with hitting 18-20% then it gets real tought to jump back down to 10%
