No, you just are close minded. Both of those words are meant as insults, period. You can't argue this though you try. And you are right, I do not have respect for slavery because it was not exactly a shining moment in our history, it was wrong. However, it is done, it's in the past, and it doesn't exist anymore so stop using it as a crutch.

eh, it's comedy. as someone who personally enjoys finding the limits of each person I meet (and pushing said limits), I understand how easy it is to get caught up in the whole game.

In that specific setting, there is something truly profound about him standing there calling someone a nigger.

It's definitely my interpretation, but I'd like to think he did it to prove a point - that we have a major PC pussy-footin issue in this country coupled with an insane reverse racism coupled with an insane regular racism and an overall guilt problem that all gets wrapped up in one illogical, emotionally charged anal fuck.
