if a fight broke out I did some shots knowing mgmt's attention would be focused on the ruckus

Really?!?!This is a business that my family has owned for 15 years,so I am the G.M. there,and do all the other shit too like working regular shifts,small place in college town,(capacity about 120ppl)on busy nights there would be 3 or 4 of us working,2 bartenders,2 bouncers,usually one of the B-tenders is a chick,so that leaves 3 of us,and thats usually pretty good odds,on top of several buddies around usually willing to help,though knock on wood,trouble is not typical,(because of our rep. of enforcement/and respect we give customers who respect the establishment)and on slower days I am there alone at night,so guess who gets to get into the shit?I never really gave it much thought aside from its a job that sometimes needs to be handled(dealing with occasional asshole(s))
