OK, now the weekly thing isn't working for me. Well actually that's not quite true - I do get a very good picture of my schedule and it's much easier to compare week on week so I will continue to do this BUT journalling daily helps the mind. I like to "purge" each day - talking about my mood or motivations whether anyone reads it or not, because that is so closely related to what I put in my mouth and how I train.
So, I have decided to log here daily, copying from my weekly journal

Fortunately I've discovered the problem and I am having it removed at the end of this month (no, not my brain - though I'm sure some would beg to differ - or my husband, a BC issue)
I felt like utter crap today (monthly) but then tonight I was able to help someone, quite unconditionally and I can't tell you how good that made me feel. Work is OK. The midget boss has backed off, leaving me to control my area - that also feels good.
And then there's Bunny. Mmmm. I know for a fact that I'm not the only one who feels like an utter douchebag for bitching about her life when others have such testing times.
Alright, I'll shut up now and log:
Monday
Meal 1 – 2 oatmeal pancakes, 1 tbsp almond butter
Meal 2 – 1 oatmeal pancake, 1 tbsp ANPB
Meal 3 – 5oz chicken breast, 1 cup green beans, ½ small sweet potato
Meal 4 – 2 slices Performax bread, ½ cup chicken chili
Meal 5 – 3oz chicken breast, 1 cup green beans, 1 ½ cup FF milk

Meal 3 – 1 ½ cup chicken chilli
Meal 4 – 2 slices sourdough rye w/ seeds, 1 tbsp organic jam
Meal 5 – 4oz chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1 tbsp olive oil

No training Got home late from work then helped a friend
Carb cravings are still very high but I've managed (don't know how, LOL) to push through it. Still very bloated - water consumption average - need to up it. My supplements list is currently so long that I am not going to post here on a daily basis - just lots of vitamins, minerals, herbs, enzymes etc.
