Treilin, at least now I know I'll have a friend in Hell :devil: ;)

Bloody hell. My boss arrived today, quite unexpectedly (so much for backing off) and practicallydemanded me to attend a sales conference dinner tonight and then asked me to book it! So much for planning. Picked a place far away from home so I will have to drive (and therefore not drink) that has awesome seafood. Expensive (which he'll HATE, LOL) but good for my diet. How selfish is that? Still I was so looking forward to sweating at the gym and I get to miss it again.

I will make up for it tomorrow.

Wednesday
Meal 1 – 3 scoop whey, 2 slices seeded sourdough rye, 1 tbsp almond butter
Meal 2 – 1½ cup homemade chicken chilli
Meal 3 – 3oz sardines, 2 slices seeded sourdough rye
Meal 4 – 1oz almonds
Meal 5 – TBD
Totals so far:
1218 cals
P: 39
C: 24
F: 37
Fibre: 31g


Got a problem with bread. Though I have switched to wheat free and dairy free, I still eat too much.

I have never heard of wheat and diary free bread, just low cal bread, what does it taste like?

OK, did as I promised:

No alcohol
Ate scallops w/ asian salad and snapper w/ artichoke. Trouble was there was so much olive oil on everything.
Such a late night though - it's 1.30am and I'm overtired.

IP - yes, back to the gym tomorrow, promise :)

CK - I bought some organic sourdough rye bread. It has no dairy or wheat, just rye and seeds (linseed, poppy, sunflower). Good fiber content too. Yummy, unfortunately :p

Thanks for the bread! wrote it down, going grocery shopping this weekend. Just think the olive oil will make things just slide out! :)

Cardio – treadmill – 20 mins of 6kph @ 6% incline

I seriously have a bread problem. In fact, tomorrow, I will not eat bread.

My training sucked actually because I am so tired. So off to bed now to repay some sleep debt.
