Honestly........I am so embarrassed to post them. I'm still rather blubbery and having not made much progress (when so many others are making leaps and bounds) I just feel so ashamed to post up more fat photos. And after the week I've had, it just wouldn't be motivating for me. I guess I'm still in a :sulk:

No worries though, this too shall pass. I'll snap out of it and I will have a better week.

And then I might post them :worried:

You want to really :velvett: yourself? Since I'm going to give you a pass on this one... Post em ... Yup, post em... You are not very happy with yourself ... well here is your time to say *bam* this is why I'm not happy & me posting my pics WILL keep me motivated to do better next week, b/c the pics are sitting in my log for all to see (and honestly we probably think that are WAY better that what you do anyway :rose: )

I think is would be a huge motivator for you, and well the embarrassment is holding you back from facing this & saying "I AM GOING TO DO BETTER, you'll see..." Then Prove it, not to us, but yourself :) We're just here to cheer you on...

and I say this with NOTHING but love :rose:

OK, now the weekly thing isn't working for me. Well actually that's not quite true - I do get a very good picture of my schedule and it's much easier to compare week on week so I will continue to do this BUT journalling daily helps the mind. I like to "purge" each day - talking about my mood or motivations whether anyone reads it or not, because that is so closely related to what I put in my mouth and how I train.

So, I have decided to log here daily, copying from my weekly journal :)

This week I'm like a broken swinging pendulum in terms of feelings :evil: then :bawling: then :worried: then :) Fortunately I've discovered the problem and I am having it removed at the end of this month (no, not my brain - though I'm sure some would beg to differ - or my husband, a BC issue)

I felt like utter crap today (monthly) but then tonight I was able to help someone, quite unconditionally and I can't tell you how good that made me feel. Work is OK. The midget boss has backed off, leaving me to control my area - that also feels good.

And then there's Bunny. Mmmm. I know for a fact that I'm not the only one who feels like an utter douchebag for bitching about her life when others have such testing times.

Alright, I'll shut up now and log:

Monday
Meal 1 – 2 oatmeal pancakes, 1 tbsp almond butter
Meal 2 – 1 oatmeal pancake, 1 tbsp ANPB
Meal 3 – 5oz chicken breast, 1 cup green beans, ½ small sweet potato
Meal 4 – 2 slices Performax bread, ½ cup chicken chili
Meal 5 – 3oz chicken breast, 1 cup green beans, 1 ½ cup FF milk
1701 cals

Fibre: 27g


Cardio – elliptical w/ arms – 30 mins of 70rpm @ level 3


Tuesday
Meal 1 – 1 cup whites, 1 yolk, ½ cup spinach, 2 tbsp parmesan
Meal 2 – 3 scoop whey, 1oz almonds
Meal 3 – 1 ½ cup chicken chilli
Meal 4 – 2 slices sourdough rye w/ seeds, 1 tbsp organic jam
Meal 5 – 4oz chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1 tbsp olive oil
1526 cals
P: 45
C: 25
F: 35
Fibre: 36g


No training Got home late from work then helped a friend

Carb cravings are still very high but I've managed (don't know how, LOL) to push through it. Still very bloated - water consumption average - need to up it. My supplements list is currently so long that I am not going to post here on a daily basis - just lots of vitamins, minerals, herbs, enzymes etc.

O.k. now I'm laughing.... I used to have a deaf boss... It was so irritating because I knew no sign language and she would try to talk to me and all I heard was like the panuts show "Mwhaa mwhaaa mwhaaa mwahh"
I think they hire the handycap because they are fun to watch. I know that was bad... *slap upside my head*
 
Awesome!!! I'm glad you're back to posting daily. You really show a lot of people how to be honest and open. That is a tremendous strength that will serve to help a lot of people! Keep it up!

Mermaid, this is your log ... I post my life as is, bunch of fun little things along the way ... REMEMBER ... Your life is #1 ... b/c you are living it, no one else is doing it for you ... that is why your problems, issues, matters at hand, seem so intensified ... and that is OK! It helps to put things in perspective sure, then again, it helps to rant, rave, b*tch, vent, GET IT OUT etc...

I don't feel my issues are THAT much worse than anyone elses .. just the cards I was dealt ... so play the hand & play it well ...
