Y'know it's funny, I will be the total opposite when I get in good shape.
I totally would want (being honest here, don't be hatin') every dude lookin at me and thinking "man she is hot"... I would want to be noticed, by any and all.
That's just me though. :lmao:
 
Thank you for all the positive comments about my progress and the uplifting advice about my "mental" issue- I love you guys :heart: Printed out the last few posts and put them in my handbag for reading when I need it.

FBC - I had a great weekend, thanks :) I loved seeing my friend in Sydney on Sunday night and she was stunned that I wasn't drinking.

Meal 1 - 1 large oatmeal banana pancake, 1tbsp almond butter, drizzle maple syrup
Meal 2 - 4oz chicken breast, ½ avocado, ¼ sweet potato, 1 tbsp salsa
Meal 3 - 4oz chicken breast, 2 slices rye bread, ½ tbsp mayo
Meal 4 - 1 apple
Meal 5 - 3 scoop whey

AM Cardio – 20mins HIIT stepmill random profile levels 5-15

Squats 4x7 (20,30,40,50)
Lunges 2x10x20kg
45’ Leg press 5x7x80kg
Seated calf raises 3x20x20kg
Lying pikes 3x10
Prone 3x30secs

Calories - 1495 cals
Protein - 144g 40%
Carbs - 117g 28%
Fat - 53g 32%
Fibre - 22g


Lots of talking to oneself in the mirror, I managed to get through today quite successfully, no slip ups. Pushing on, I have a goal to achieve.

That's what I like another day of food logging, and some hard core legs!!!! Great Job!
 
I CANNOT believe I didn't think about this .... They are also called "FOOD FITS" ... or "drink" fits to each her own

they suck

they are UGLY

and can be bad

Glad to see you overcame it mermie, and are back on track!

Remember, the main reason to be doing this is for your health. Screw all the people who try to bring you down. So what if you getting in shape makes them insecure? That's their own problem. The sooner they deal with it, the better their lives will be. If they never deal with it, so what?? Let them drown in their own insecurities. Just tell 'em to :finger:

Besides, as FBC said. Just blend in with us here... ;)
