Meal 1 - 1 cup whites, 1 yolk, 1 kiwi
Meal 2 - 1 apple, 1oz almonds
Meal 3 - 4oz turkey breast, ½ sweet potato, 1 cup spinach
Meal 4 - 1 large oatmeal protein pancake, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp maple syrup
Meal 5 - 4oz turkey breast, 1 cup asparagus

AM Cardio – 22 mins elliptical w/ arms on random profile intervals @ level 4 @ 70rpm

Light squats – 3x10x30kg
Dead lifts – 5x7 (25, 27 ½, 30, 32 ½, 35)
Needsize abs – 5x7 no weight - I still hate these with a passion but they're effective (I think)

Calories - 1459
Protein - 153g 42%
Carbs - 125g 33%
Fat - 42g 25%
Fibre - 26g


Thanks guys :qt: I feel MUCH better today. Was able to work from home this afternoon and was flexible with timing. Good AM cardio session and later, reasonable lifts though not quite up to par with the weights yet but I think that will come in the next week or so. The diet is becoming much easier as the days go by as I have no incentive to cheat at all ???????? Where is Mermaid??? Bring her back!! OK, maybe not ;)

Now this IS progress!! That's great news...and I think it's extra commendable that despite being sick, you've stuck to your diet. Go Mermaid!! :garza:

Squats, deadlifts, abs, am cardio, AND great food intake! GREAT JOB!!!

Meal 2 - 5oz chicken breast, ½ cup vegetarian chili beans, 1oz tortilla chips
Meal 3 - 1 large oatmeal pancake, 1 tbsp almond butter, ¼ cup blueberries, drizzle syrup
Meal 4 - 1 apple
Meal 5 - 4oz turkey breast, 1 cup spinach

AM cardio – 22 mins treadmill – intervals @ 15% incline, varying 4kph to 6kph
PM cardio – 35 mins bike – random profile level 8 @ 90rpm

No weights

Calories - 1587
Protein - 175g 44%
Carbs - 132g 32%
Fat - 43g 23%
Fibre - 25g


Worked from home, it was bliss. Had no one bothering me and got more done in those 8 hours than I have all week. Weighed myself - still 156. It had better be lower in a month or so. My last pics were April 8 so will post more on May 8.
