Meal 1 - 1 cup whites, 1 yolk, 1 kiwi
Meal 2 - 1 apple, 1oz almonds
Meal 3 - 4oz turkey breast, ½ sweet potato, 1 cup spinach
Meal 4 - 1 large oatmeal protein pancake, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp maple syrup
Meal 5 - 4oz turkey breast, 1 cup asparagus
AM Cardio – 22 mins elliptical w/ arms on random profile intervals @ level 4 @ 70rpm
Light squats – 3x10x30kg
Dead lifts – 5x7 (25, 27 ½, 30, 32 ½, 35)
Needsize abs – 5x7 no weight - I still hate these with a passion but they're effective (I think)
Thanks guys I feel MUCH better today. Was able to work from home this afternoon and was flexible with timing. Good AM cardio session and later, reasonable lifts though not quite up to par with the weights yet but I think that will come in the next week or so. The diet is becoming much easier as the days go by as I have no incentive to cheat at all ???????? Where is Mermaid??? Bring her back!! OK, maybe not
Worked from home, it was bliss. Had no one bothering me and got more done in those 8 hours than I have all week. Weighed myself - still 156. It had better be lower in a month or so. My last pics were April 8 so will post more on May 8.
