Mermaid 2006

OK, back in the land of Oz.

I was desperately upset to leave my family, many tears were shed. But my trip was a good one because it brought home some much needed sense of reality to my life.

I look and feel like crap though. I am so bloated from the journey that I even have cankles! So I am pounding the water and will cut down on carbs for the next few days until I am back to normal. Then back on to the 40:30:30 plan.

I'll resume logging from today. Glad to be back ladies and looking forward to catching up on your logs.

I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your time at home with your family and that you were able to benefit from the whole experience. Now de-bloat and get right back on that wagon...you CAN do it!! :friends:

I tried to post on here last night but my internet has been down randomly for the last month UGH!

Anyway, lol at cankles ... Glad to have you back :D

I was just not that hungry yesterday as I was so tired that I felt nauseous and I'm not that much better today.

Tuesday 28 February

4.30am
Horrible airplane food - breakfast:
Muesli, full fat milk, fruit plate, yogurt
2 liters water

10.00am Before connecting flight
1 cup coffee, splash milk
Oat bran muffin
1 liter water

Home finally:

3.00pm
1 cup whites, 1 yolk cooked as omelette w/
1/2 cup spinach
1 tomato
2 liters water

5.00pm
Full body massage

6.00pm
3 scoop whey
2 scoop maltodextrin
1 liter water
Supps

6.30pm Bed

Wednesday 1 March (it's March already??? - where did the time go??)

Did NOT want to get up.

7.30am
1 cup whites, 1 yolk
1 kiwi

Had to put up with everyone at work telling me I look like sh!t and why was I in the office today. That's the problem with having strict timelines for month end figures...

2 cups coffee, splash milk

11.00am Needed some carbs unfortunately:
2 slices Performax bread
3oz baked ham
1 tomato
1 slice RF cheese

3.00pm
3 scoop whey
2 scoop maltodextrin

6.30pm
5oz lean beef steak
2 cups mixed green vegetables
1 tbsp olive oil
Supps

Planned on a workout but just did not have the energy so now I have a second wind, just when I need to sleep. I have an early start in the morning for a phone conference and need my wits about me. Oh, it's going to be an interesting couple of days.

~1300 cals 53:20:27
4 liters water
