I'm trying not to be so hard on myself - I am after all on "vacation" but the frustration is setting in. What makes it worse is that most of the people I have seen (and for the first time in a couple of years or so) think I have "piled" on the weight but I'm looking "chunky" and "solid" not fat, whatever that means. And then they give me a huge plate of pasta with garlic bread
Still, I'm in love with my niece and hanging out with her and my sister is just the best.

You know, what only you know what's going on with you! Let them worry about their own body. They don't understand and that's where you have to mentally overcome their ignorance to what you are trying to accomplish. They just want to see you blow up huge by putting pasta in fornt of you, It's almost seems like a secret revenge... Push away the pasta stand up and walk around. Throw it in the garbage, or better yet garbage disposal. Stick with your own program.
