Letme tell you guys, Friday's workout was
complete ass. Once i got in i had
NO motivation WTF right? the gym was empty and just wasnt feeling comfortable going for 360x5 w/o a good spotter. Im going to drop the weight to 320 and add weight to the bar constantly all week.
But i did manage to get some videos uploaded:
Ab Station 1. MM's Abs. Situps w/ BAR
Ab station 2. Side Oblique Crunches w/ Band
Mike Deadlifting 485w/ Bands(for bottom of lift) ( Remember i came back and hit 575x1 just my video cam turned off)
Training will be off this week. Making the conclusion to the short film i did. This movie is gonna be atleast 20mins...
Story line in the MOVIE:
My GF was murdered by my alcoholic father, and then i murdered my father. Now im on the run from the LAW, and this 'pimp' who my GF used to work for is after me because he thinks i killed his 'ex love'. Filmed in the tough streets of Queens,NY. This will be fun as hell, training will suffer, BUT NOT REALLY because i will be going after shooting the film LATE tho (10pmish)
