looking good but you must work your upper chest more and you will be huge,your arms are great keep it up:D

'Been targeting chest, especially upper. Incline dumbell press and flies, as well as incl. barb press. Hope to compete in my first competition in Aug.
 
You look very solid bro, but in order to bring out you chest you should really try shaping it not getting bigger. You can tell your chest is there you just have to cut up so its more defined. Try 21s and cables from all angles. Good work though, very solid.

Synthol?

Are you useing synthol on your arms? I am just wondering because with your arm bent like that i wouldn't expect the peak of your tricep to be down near the bend in your elbow....and up high you don't have much happening ....not an insult just wondering.

You might want to do a little research before accusing someone of Synthol use.

LOOKING GOOD.

My recommendation is put the camera on a block and hit the timer switch. YOu will have a chance to pose better.

What is that supposed to mean ?do a little research? I asked a legitamit question.....I have over 20 years of weight lifting experiance....and I do know of synthol..and it's affects on the apperrance of the muscles...and anytime someone has an unsual apperance to a muscle (on this day and age ) you have to wonder...as I said it was just a question......how about a bicep shot ..and we will see if it (the tricep) still peaks at the elbow
 
Big traps, arms & delts, but your chest really seems to be lagging. I see you only got 185 lbs. on the bench, that might be part of your problem. ;) Keep it up you look good.
 
I hate to bump this up from page 3 or 4 or what ever, just want to clear up a few things.

1) No, I have NEVER used synthol, but I'm flattered!

2) Ive done 3 cycles. Mostly sust and decca and d-bol
(some vitamin "a" this go around)

3) Im currently 5'10" and 220 pounds, Ive leaned out some since the pics. Competition just under eight weeks.

4) The 185 on the bench was for military press.

Guns have always come easy to me, no shit. I have to bust my ass to keep everything else up. I try to back off on 'em, but hey, I fuckin love aternating dumbell curls...turning in as much as possible at the top...I'm a junkie I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
