Napsgear is super good with customer service

I made an order with Napsgear and quickly realized that I had screwed up. I had put my wrong address on it. This was embarrassing. I quickly reached out to them and got a hold of one of their reps on here. The rep responded to me pretty quickly and said he would take care of it the next day. I logged in the next morning and checked and they had fixed my address. Thankfully it would have really been bad if they had shipped it to the wrong place with my name on it haha.
