Rev Grip Floor Press - 295 x 1. PR.

4 Board Press - 315 x 3. PR

had 12 minutes to do the following becuase of gym closing.

6 x 10 JM press w/95 lbs. SuperSetted ever other set with push downs with triangle bar for 3 sets of 10 with 100lbs.

db shoulder press - 30's for 2 x 15.

hammer curls - 50's x 5. drop set 40's for 5. drop 30's for 5.

went home.......... no i go eat and get supplys to make indian clubells.

Damn, that's good with the reverse-grip FP.
I never could get the feel for reverse-grip pressing. Hurts my wrists and feels like the bar is gonna fall on my face.:)

Nice job on the PR's, too man.:)

good stuff man...i did some floor pressing myself today...not reverse grip however

i really like the way reverse grip feels and i sometimes use it for board asistance work...its alot harder for your elbows to flare and hits the tris great

i like how everyone is posting ALL their workouts here now...it helps me so much...you have no idea
 
yeah thanks guys.............

i seem to have always been a little better with rev grip. im going to experiment for a while with it and see if thats how i should bench in a competition.

just got threw making my clubells......... well almost. i have the buckshot in them but not the sand. only have 12.5 lbs in each one, but it feels more like 45lbs each. when the sands gets in them i have a feeling that it will feel like about 80 lbs.....lol.


but yeah t3c, everyone posting thier workouts helps me too.

I can't belive how quickly you finished that workout.

Talk about some seriosu SPEED. Damn Exodus.................Damn....

You also have to have some iron wrists to withstand that weight and handle it the way I know you are.

yeah people are always more impressed with my rev grip bench. maybe i'll just tell them what my max is on that.........lol
