calves - absolutely nonexistent though. I have a diseasse, and they have grown .5 inch in 4 yrs.

front shots will be coming, i was just goofing around, and now i relaizxzed im kinda fat LOL

If your calves aren't growing you need to take a different approach. I believe the key to getting calves to grow is FULL REPS, each rep should have a full stretch for 1 second and a peak contraction for 1 second. Do sets of 100 with calf presses using this rep speed... but do 10 reps, rest 15 seconds, 10 reps, rest 15 seconds, etc.. Do this for seated and standing calves for a few months and tell me your calves didn't grow... ;)

thanks for the tips, although i have tried in the past to do such a method, as well as many, many , many others
